Upon request, we will refund vendor fees, less the credit card processing fee, up to 14 days before the festival.
There are no refunds for sponsorship fees as sponsors receive the immediate benefit of being advertised on our website as soon as they have provided us with their logo.
Upon request, we will refund contestant fees, less the credit card processing fee, until such time as we have ordered the wings. After this point there are no refunds.
The festival is held rain or shine. There are no inclement weather refunds, or refunds for acts of the devil. All participants accept the risk, however slight, that we may have snow or an alien invasion on the day of the festival.
And if you sign up and then your spouse signs up because you didn’t talk to each other, we’ll issue a refund upon request, but it will be less the credit card processing fee. We do not provide marriage counseling.
